One star because I can't give less! The staff was really unfriendly, and as for the food, the "cheese" burger was dry and tasteless, with the cheese practically invisible... And the Mexicano? It was only good for building a house wall! No sides whatsoever, just bread and the "meat"... In short, don't go unless you're in a crisis, or maybe not...

I repeatedly placed orders with specific ingredients listed on the menus. Nothing was respected. You place an order at 7:50 PM for fries and a sauce. They tell you 8:30 PM, you call the employee you know, Emy, who asks you to come earlier, and the owner has the nerve to tell you that your order doesn't matter by 10 minutes. This chip shop is getting worse and worse.

Very good. Affordable price. Simple, but that's what you expect from a chip shop. The people who run the chip shop are really lovely, especially the woman who gives my little dog a bit of cheese every time I come in with him.

An establishment that claims to be LGBT-friendly because they have a gay employee. However, when their waitress sends homophobic insults, etc., including messages from children—and I want to emphasize, from a minor—it's enough to make you question their practices. But that's not all. One day I went to buy a sandwich, and they refused to sell it to me because of actions I committed that had nothing to do with their business. Add to that slander and insults, again from a member of their team. Obviously, a complaint was filed! And of course, the owner doesn't question his team because he defends this person! I think you need to review how you treat your customers. And let's not even talk about the hygiene! No hairnets, no gloves, grease on the walls, fried food on the floor that isn't cleaned up. The employees are covered in sweat. In short, AVOID THIS PLACE.

I've been there several times. There's always something missing. Order the American Savoyard. They're missing fries and sauces. Otherwise, the fries are good. They should pay more attention to the order. DON'T FORGET ANYTHING!
