The dough is excellent and the baking perfectly executed. However, the Four Seasons pizza could use some tweaking. The mushrooms are sliced so thinly they're almost invisible, and only one small, shredded artichoke is scattered across the entire pizza. Conversely, the ham is very generously portioned. A better balance between the different ingredients, with a few more vegetables, would make this pizza truly excellent.

The staff were warmer than a heatwave. The pizzas are generous and topped with fresh ingredients, and the wood-fired oven lives up to its promise. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

Absolutely flawless! A huge thank you to the Pizza Enzo team! Not only was the pizza absolutely gorgeous to look at when I opened the box, but it was also incredibly delicious. The dough, the wood-fired oven, the generous toppings... Everything was perfect. You can taste the expertise passed down from father to son! I will definitely be ordering again.

Pistachio Pizza - Perfect crust (soft and slightly crispy) - Plenty of cooked ham - Parmesan cheese, you can really taste it - The borage adds a creamy touch, a delight. However, the pistachio pesto wasn't very prominent (60% oil to 40% pistachio), a bit disappointing as I expected to taste the pistachio flavor more. We'll gladly come back.

I went there for the first time today, and I highly recommend it—real wood-fired pizza. I would have loved to share a photo, but it was so delicious it didn't last long... thanks to the pizza maker! (I had the burrata.)

Just placed my first order: an excellent four-seasons pizza with all the seasons as toppings 😎 The quality of the ingredients is there, the dough is perfect too, and the wood-fired oven 🪵 is well-deserved. I read some comments saying it's too thick? The edges are perfectly puffed up thanks to the al dente cooking 👌🏻 but honestly, stop criticizing without knowing and go take a trip to Puglia or Sicily and compare... or just keep buying those greasy pizzas from big chains with their ever-more opulent but rarely high-quality toppings... Thank you to the Enzo team for your professionalism and keep delighting our taste buds 😋 See you soon!
