Appalling service. 45-minute wait to receive half the order. For the price, I strongly advise against it. When you call to report the error and the unnecessary wait, they tell you to calm down. Learn how to manage a service before giving advice.

I came to try Street Burger with high expectations… and was very disappointed. First of all, the wait was interminable, even though the restaurant wasn't even full. When we finally got served, the burgers arrived lukewarm, clearly not freshly made. As for the taste, nothing special. The patty was dry, the bun tasted really mass-produced, and the fries were soggy and tasteless. It's nowhere near a homemade burger or even a decent fast-food place. For the price, it's frankly outrageous. The service didn't help either: the staff wasn't very welcoming, bordering on blasé, and we felt like we were bothering them. The overall atmosphere was so-so, not particularly clean or inviting. In short, far too expensive for what it is. There are much better options elsewhere for the same price, or even less. I don't recommend it.

I came for the first time this Friday, May 1st, and I didn't know anything about it, but what a pleasant surprise! It was so good, honestly, I recommend it 100%.

Good evening. First time ordering from this chain. The burger was very good, fresh ingredients :) A minor complaint about the cheese sauce in the taco; it tasted more like béchamel. The children's menu was fine, except for the lack of toys or anything else included. The delivery arrived piping hot, which was really nice. Have a lovely evening.

First time trying this restaurant. I have to admit, rather disappointing. The €7 burger with a patty was actually half a patty cut lengthwise. We tried two other burgers at €11 each, which were good (as expected) but a bit pricey. The portion of fries for one person was also €3.50. For four people, that's €14 worth of fries, whereas at a chip shop, for €4 you get a large portion of fries for everyone. The price difference is disproportionate. During the night, two out of the four of us were sick and vomiting. Was it due to what we ate there? I don't know. So, I don't understand why it's more expensive than other places, for a quality that doesn't seem to reflect that. I appreciate entrepreneurship, but I won't be going back. The first impression wasn't good. No complaints about the service.

A complete discovery for me and my partner last night, and we were absolutely delighted! I ordered a goat cheese burger and my partner had a Street Big Ben for delivery. I must say, the delivery was very fast, which is a big plus. The burgers were delicious, not too heavy, and the fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside—all good things. So I'll definitely be ordering from you again from time to time. 😁

Third time tonight and still a treat! The portions are very generous! They really take into account the small changes we request in the comments; tonight we even got a little something extra. I highly recommend it for a smash burger night.
