Burnt taco wrapper and overcooked meat! A real disgrace for the price!

The tacos were way overcooked, both the tortilla and the ground beef, which tasted burnt! I don't recommend this O'Tacos.

The food is very good, but you have to like rap music played there at a volume so loud you can't hear yourself think.

Is this a joke?? I paid €1.70 for this extra gratin.

I'm very disappointed with O'Tacos Armentières since the change of ownership. I've gone back several times hoping things would improve, but there are still problems. The main issue is the size of the tacos: out of five orders, I've received tiny tacos five times, even though we're paying full price. Frankly, it makes me not want to go back. Not to mention the service: apart from one pleasant experience, most of the time it's cold, rushed, and very impersonal. You can clearly feel the difference compared to before. It was much better before.

This was my first time going to Tacos Armentiers to try it out, and I was very, very disappointed. It was horrible! I waited 35 minutes for my order. I didn't know if I was supposed to pay before or after, and they told me, "Well, ma'am, I don't know!" (I ordered a bowl of fries with cheddar sauce.) It was just not good 🤮 Right after that, I got gastroenteritis, yes, really. If I can give you some advice: use plastic cutlery (that you can wash). It's very important: 1. For the planet, 2. At least when you eat, you don't get that cardboard taste. This was my first time there, and it's definitely my last. I'm never going back!! (I'm giving it 2 stars out of pity.)

The size has shrunk considerably; the large taco is eaten in less than 10 bites, whereas in all other O'Tacos locations the portions are much more generous. Here, the sizes are truly ridiculous…

The restaurant has clearly deteriorated over the years. Since 2022, when I started frequenting this fast-food establishment, I have repeatedly encountered problems: forgotten orders, frequent mistakes (for example, a missing cheese sauce in a taco), sometimes cold service, and an overall unpleasant atmosphere. The behavior of some customers on-site also doesn't help to make the experience more comfortable. The food quality remains decent overall, provided the order is complete. This is a positive point worth highlighting. However, given the various issues I've encountered, this establishment seems better suited for takeout than for dining in. In short: for a decent meal, it might be acceptable. For a pleasant dining experience, there are clearly improvements to be made.

I go there at least once a week and I'm never disappointed; the tacos are super good and I recommend it.

Order not received, scam

Disrespectful, I'm disappointed. I paid at the kiosk, the receipt didn't print, and they didn't give me my order, saying it wasn't their fault. Avoid at all costs! Unpleasant employee, stay away!

I don't have a phone number to contact you, so I'm using Google reviews. I'm not usually one to leave negative reviews, but I'm furious. My 12-year-old son came to eat with his friends at lunchtime today. You got their order wrong, they told you, and you refused to give them a refund because they'd already taken a bite and thrown away the receipt. You're real thieves, taking advantage of young children. I'm not going to let this go! How do you expect him to realize the order was wrong if he hasn't eaten a single bite? Stay away!!
