Still as perfect as ever!

It would be nice if the staff at the Avelin bakery showed at least a modicum of manners, politeness, and respect for their customers. My wife was treated with unacceptable contempt this morning. The fact that your products are good doesn't excuse you from a minimum of courtesy. And this isn't the first time this has happened. Saying "Hello," "Thank you," or even "Goodbye" is harmless; it's not going to kill you. If you don't like interacting with customers, do something else, but stop this unacceptable behavior, and never forget that you have a job because there are customers. For us, this was the last time. We're fed up with these uneducated people!

I still love the place so much, I drive quite a distance to get there because the atmosphere is fantastic, the food is good, and they have some original dishes. We even often invite our friends over to introduce them to it 😋

A must-stop for a quality breakfast before heading to the sea. A lovely little ritual.

First time at L'Épure in Avelin, after having bought bread several times on the ground floor. Simply perfect for a reservation, dinner (pizzas), and a leisurely meal. The welcome, service, quality of the food, decor, and overall ambiance: friendly and pleasant without being pretentious, minimalist yet comfortable—a restaurant just the way we like it. The pizzas are excellent: the dough, the toppings. Ice cream for dessert: simple yet perfect! The tiramisu was good and generous. All at a very affordable and reasonable price. I will definitely be back, especially since I'm from Seclin: a bit "out of the way" while still being close by, without necessarily going all the way to Lille. A great, high-quality place!! Excellent!! The best pizzas of my life 😋

The menu is quite limited, so check before you go, especially if you have dietary restrictions (when I went, there was only one vegetarian dish, made exclusively with asparagus). However, the dishes are original and very good.

A wonderful discovery for us! A varied menu, incredible value for money, and fantastic service. The cocktails were fabulous. We ate very, very well and we'll be back regularly!
