An exceptional dinner in the countryside, in a setting with a truly wonderful atmosphere. The service was highly professional without being intrusive, the quality of the amuse-bouches, starters, main courses, desserts, and even the bread (focaccia) was excellent, and the fact that you were "required" to be surprised (no menu, you simply go with the flow!) at each stage of the meal is an irresistible invitation to return. The gourmet cuisine is worthy of top chefs, and the ingredients come from neighboring or local farms. There really is nothing to criticize. It's the perfect place for a special occasion, whether you're treating yourself or someone else.

Excellent dinner; we opted for the tasting menu. The dishes were beautifully balanced in flavor, very creative, and visually stunning. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The focus is clearly on local produce. The staff is friendly, and the setting is lovely. We would definitely return!

Refined cuisine and original dishes. The service, however, fell short of what one would expect from a "bistronomic" establishment, with staff untrained in service and dressed inappropriately for the restaurant's image. Nevertheless, the blind tasting menu was a great success.

No complaints about the meal; all the ingredients were high quality and the dishes were excellent. Everything was incredibly flavorful, each bite a delight. However, we found the wait rather long. Almost 20 minutes between being seated and ordering drinks. Then, the service was quite slow, even though the restaurant wasn't full. In total, we spent almost two and a half hours on our starter, main course, and dessert... I should mention that there was a reception upstairs, which might explain the relatively long wait. We also found the dining room rather noisy.

A wonderful discovery. High-quality, locally sourced food at a very affordable price. I'll definitely be back!

We had dinner at this restaurant tonight. The establishment is beautiful, the staff friendly, and the food was simply perfect. I will gladly return and recommend this place without hesitation.

A very pleasant surprise! We went there with a friend after seeing an offer on TheFORK website. We didn't know what to expect when we arrived. But everything was extremely enjoyable: the setting, the atmosphere, the service, the quality of the food. We had a multi-course menu, as you can see in the photos. Each dish was incredibly flavorful, and the cooking was perfectly executed. Many of the ingredients are locally sourced, and even the bread was amazing. The quality of the dishes and the seasonings was excellent. Honestly, well done! I highly recommend it!

A wonderful culinary experience; all the dishes were excellent. The service was friendly. The only downside was the noisy atmosphere, making pleasant conversation difficult. It's a real shame.

I confess I don't understand the praise for this restaurant, which is good, certainly, but nothing more... not gourmet, the service isn't great, and the wine list is too short...
