A fantastic experience with marshmallow bears! The workshop was perfectly paced, alternating between clear explanations, (very generous 😄) tastings, and hands-on practice. You really learn how the bears are made, with the right techniques and professional tips. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, even for those without any prior experience. We enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end, and it definitely changed everyone's minds about marshmallow bears—our friends and family also gave their seal of approval after tasting the treats! Special mention goes to the quality of the products offered: everything is excellent, and you can taste the true craftsmanship. A wonderful discovery near Lille, which we highly recommend.

I just got back from a workshop at La Ferme des Auges. The welcome was very friendly. The explanations were fascinating. The atmosphere was excellent. We were able to make a chocolate bar, mendiants (chocolate discs with nuts and dried fruit), candies… I have wonderful memories of it. All the products in this shop are local or French, and excellent. We must encourage and support initiatives like this!

Excellent welcome, top-notch advice, we thoroughly enjoyed the capons, cheeses, Yule log, fresh milk, beers... the family from Gard and Vaucluse were delighted and left with some local specialties. Highly recommended.

A customer for years. Always such good quality meat, cheese, and charcuterie. A small grocery store with excellent regional and local products. Not to mention the ice cream and chocolates, which are made on-site—they're excellent.
