This establishment is extremely disorganized. There are people behind the counter (and they have time to chat) and they only have one line at lunchtime with all the tills they have. As a result, there are people waiting and feeling overwhelmed instead of having separate lines for sandwiches and smaller orders to streamline the process. Only the bread is good; everything else is not.

Excellent service, the saleswoman was very polite (I don't know her name, but thank you to her for her wonderful welcome). The bread was good.

I ordered baguettes last week for a company barbecue. I arrived at 8:15 am as I had specified. The cashier didn't seem to know anything about it 🤔 So she took them from her stock and started typing them into the till. I told her it was already paid for, and I sensed her annoyance! But if I ordered, I must have paid since payment is required at the time of ordering! I asked if I could have an invoice (I had specified this when ordering), and the cashier replied, "We don't issue invoices!" Even though it's not the first time I've ordered, and I've certainly received an invoice before! In short, the cashier was acting in bad faith and clearly wasn't in the mood to be pleasant this morning... what a shame!

Great bakery! But since the renovations, they no longer have well-baked baguettes when they open; they prepare the white ones first, which is what people who don't like bread ask for 😁

I personally wanted to thank Audrey, Cloe, and Constances for their professionalism and unfailing joie de vivre. They always welcome us with a smile. I would also like to thank Manon for her smile and good humor. I hope that now I'll be addressed with the informal "tu" instead of the formal "vous." I also thank the entire team who make it possible for us to enjoy amazing sandwiches, incredible pastries, and crusty bread. Thank you, and see you soon at your wonderful bakery.

9 a.m. Empty shelves, unpleasant saleswoman. I remarked that I found it crazy that there was nothing for such a large store, and she curtly replied, "You should have come earlier!" For a store that has already closed for dubious reasons, this is really unacceptable. I won't be going back!

The sandwiches have no substance, no flavor. The bread makes up 90% of the sandwich, it's too big, you can't taste the other ingredients at all. This is something the whole group needs to review… because I don't think you've ever been taught how to make tasty sandwiches!

Very friendly and a very warm welcome

Tasteless sandwiches, expensive, we paid 29 euros for 3 sandwiches, a wrap, and 3 drinks... The sandwiches are simply disgusting, and I think we were deliberately overcharged at the register... Even the bread has no flavor; I think it's the first time in my life I've eaten such bad food...

1 p.m.… not a single sandwich left… the people before us were lucky enough to have one made for them right in front of us… for us, that wasn't possible… and it's not the first time (the story changes completely when the manager is around). Furthermore, the cashier served us the cookies with her hands; tongs would have been more appropriate!

The reopening of this bakery is wonderful, especially for truck drivers! The staff are friendly and pleasant. 😊
