Burger King

This is really the last straw! They've made a mistake with my order several times now, but today takes the cake! My partner and I went to Burger King and ordered the new €16 burger meal. We always double-check before leaving that we have the correct number of burgers, fries, and drinks (because it happens very often that something is missing). Imagine our surprise when we got home to find that instead of a €16 burger, we had a small hamburger! And our fries were only half full! So we went back to Burger King (more wasted time) to exchange the burger, because at that price, I don't expect just a simple hamburger. Once we arrived, they did exchange the burger, and the only gesture of goodwill the manager made was to refill our fries. I wasted 15 minutes getting there and another 15 minutes coming back. I admit I was expecting some kind of compensation, but apparently, we don't meet their quota. We won't be going to that Burger King anymore. From now on, I'd rather cross the road and get a meal at McDonald's, which at least respects orders. It's shameful!

I came to eat this evening, and the service was excellent, but one thing bothers me: the way I assume the manager (dressed differently from the others) speaks to her employees in front of the customers. I understand it was busy, but I'm not sure that's the best way to motivate her team. These young people are just starting their careers; I'm not sure they'll have a good first experience if they're spoken to like that every day, and I'm not sure they'll stay.
