We're done with Eli Pizza. We ordered once and were 30 minutes late for our chosen time. Today we tried again, and were an hour late. I called, and they told me my order wasn't ready. It's truly pathetic. The order was placed at 6:05 PM. They're unprofessional and offered no apology. When I wanted to cancel my order, they told me it was impossible to refund me because the payment was made online. This is unacceptable.

I loved my visit to Pizzeli! Every employee exudes good cheer, the service is fast, I highly recommend Pizzeli, which also has a very wide selection of pizzas on its menu!

We are always very satisfied with the quality of the pizzas and the very friendly service. Unfortunately, today, when we tried to have our order delivered (as usual, once a week), a rather jaded-looking gentleman refused the delivery (which is always the same: a medium pizza and a bottle of Pepsi). We didn't understand why... If everyone chooses their own minimum order amount, there's a problem with the management. Oh well, we'll go elsewhere.

The chicken and nuggets are HALAL, be careful...! Even kebab shops dare to use the halal label.
