The plates are generously portioned, the flavors expertly balanced, and you can taste the skill of Yannick and his team. It’s the perfect place to share a wonderful time with friends or family, in the purest Northern tradition 🍻. A handy bonus: **the parking lot is located about 30 meters away, right next to the railway line** 🚗🚉 — perfect for parking before enjoying a delicious meal! In short, an authentic, generous, and friendly spot not to be missed 👌.

Whether it's over a beer (not to mention they have a couple on tap) or a good meal, you'll never be disappointed by the quality of the products offered at this establishment and institution, the Estaminet de l'Abbaye. Super nice place. Warm welcome, a new chef who respects the cooking of the meats. Quality products. The owner and the server are friendly and kind. A must-visit with family or friends. Go take a look around; it's a great place to eat.

DISASTER, AVOID AT ALL COSTS! A ham hock that was abnormally small, especially considering the price. An ice cream dessert served frozen. An attempt to reason with the self-proclaimed "owner" was quickly abandoned because, cigarette in mouth and heavily intoxicated, his only argument was that the ice cream desserts came from the fridge. He was incapable of understanding the difference between ice cream and frozen. He addressed everyone informally and became irritated by our remarks, which were clearly intended to be constructive. What a waste of time! A €350 table completely neglected in an arrogant manner by the manager, who would be better off washing dishes. First and last time in this dump.

We had a great time, good food, a nice, timeless place.
