Kebab Marmaris

We placed an order yesterday at lunchtime: two galettes (one without fries) and a kebab without fries. The result? No fries at all, it was cold, and imagine my surprise when I unwrapped my kebab... it had been grilled! Are you kidding me?! The meat was greasy and burnt. I'll never order from them again.

Honestly, I'll never order again. Everything was cold, the galette was rubbery, and all that for €50! Shameful! They even forgot the dessert.

Getting worse and worse! At 12:30 PM, it's impossible to reach them by phone: every time, you get their voicemail. And if you call around 1:30 PM, knowing they close at 2 PM, don't expect an answer. If you want to take advantage of their delivery service, call as soon as they open; you might have a chance! It's outrageous, especially considering that even if you live nearby, they won't deliver for orders under €20. And if your order doesn't reach that amount, they'll charge you more.

Appalling service, they didn't even respond to a greeting. The order was a complete mess: no salad in the burger, and mistakes on all the drinks I ordered—I only realized it once I got home. Very disappointed! I wasn't expecting much, but it exceeded my expectations. Avoid at all costs!

I hadn't ordered from them in years. I placed an order for 3 people, and there were 2 mistakes... I called, and they told me they'd deliver again, no problem, but the tone on the phone was more than questionable, and the person kept interrupting me... In the end, the fries were soggy, the meat was dry, and the sauces still hadn't arrived. I read the reviews and I see it's always the same reasons people complain... so are you going to do anything about it? How is this restaurant still in business?

One star because we can't give less. This review isn't based on an order, as we haven't ordered from them for a long time (greasy meat, appalling service, and orders not fulfilled). This review is due to the numerous instances of incivility by Marmaris delivery drivers. They drive recklessly on EVERY street and park illegally on EVERY street. When they stop at Marmaris, they park haphazardly, literally blocking the sidewalk at the corner of Rue de Lille and Rue Gustave Desmettre, leaving no room for a pedestrian to pass between the car and the wall. At a dangerous intersection like this, it's not just incivility, it's sheer recklessness! Once again, we had to unload our stroller into the road, endangering our little girl. Marmaris, you urgently need to get your delivery drivers under control.

We ordered as a group. I ordered a large kebab and frankly, I couldn't find any meat, so I was very disappointed.

Sometimes very well served and other times quite good, but generally pretty good.

I can't place an order. I've spent an hour trying to contact them. Even when ordering online, they never reply. It's not what it used to be.
