Very good product

There are "Customer Service" training courses available.... After calling five times without an answer to place my order, I thought maybe there was a problem with the phone... (it's not the first time the phone has rung unanswered...) so I went there in person. There were three people ahead of me who had already placed orders and were waiting. The son was alone while Giani went to make a delivery. He eventually came back... but after I'd been waiting for 30 minutes, he told me he couldn't take my order. I told him I'd called five times... He didn't care... The man after me also left... and the other three still hadn't been served... Is this a real Papa Gia Pizza shop?
