I bought an almond croissant this morning at 10:00 AM. I know this product well and buy it regularly. Martin Tennier dared to sell me a day-old croissant at full price. What respect for the customer! As far as I'm concerned, you're banned.

I stopped by unexpectedly at 9 am to buy pastries for Easter lunch. I bought a variety of pastries; I recommend the caramel and peanut tart. I was a little disappointed by the strawberry tart and the lemon meringue tart, which looked good, but the flavor wasn't intense enough and the crumb wasn't crisp enough. The strawberry tart was simply whipped cream and strawberries :(

The bakery is the best in Halluin. Whether it's the bread, the pastries, the cakes... a true feast for the eyes and a pure delight for the palate. Not to mention the very friendly service.
