They called repeatedly, each ringing a long time, then hung up, and luckily they answered once, only to then leave the call ringing without saying a word to me.

Absolutely terrible! No friendliness whatsoever, neither in the food nor the atmosphere. I ordered a hamburger, and honestly, it was pathetic. The patty was like shoe leather, the bun was completely dry and hard, and there wasn't even any sauce. Zero effort in the kitchen to make anything enjoyable. In short, I definitely do not recommend this chip shop.

Shameful! I just ordered two large fries that were actually one large fries and a Maroilles cheese burger for over €8: the patty is burnt and as thin as a sheet, the bun is tiny and, what's more, still frozen, and to top it all off, I'm still looking for the Maroilles cheese!! My opinion of this chip shop wasn't exactly stellar to begin with, but this is the last straw! I'll never set foot in there again!

I'm disappointed. I've been to this chip shop several times, and this time I bought two children's meals for €6.50 each, specifically hoping for a free gift for the kids. There were no free gifts in the meal, the nuggets were completely dry and the children didn't eat them, the candy was in the box without any wrapping paper, and the drinks and sauce were all rubbish. I ordered a sausage sandwich with cheese, but I didn't get any cheese. The fries were completely dry. Very disappointing... what a shame.

First visit to this chip shop and I wasn't disappointed! It was good, the place was clean, and the fries were really well done. I'll gladly go back.

I do not recommend this chip shop. Before ordering, I asked if it was possible to eat in, and the woman said yes. Once I paid, she told me it was no longer possible given the time, knowing we were an hour away from home! With children... The food quality and staff need improvement! They turned off the lights at 9:20 PM, even though they closed at 9:30 PM, while we were still waiting for our order. Not very polite...

I came to get some fries, honestly, they were great!

I've been a regular customer at this chip shop for several years now; it's one of the last places that makes good fries in the north! I don't understand some of the reviews, perhaps from people too used to frozen fries. There was a time when a large order of fries could feed a man cheaply, a worker for example. A chip shop is a chip shop! What I expect when I go there is to enjoy something so full that I practically have to roll around on the ground because I feel so fat. These women are courageous; they run a business in a town where even an ATM isn't profitable. Clean, cheap, good, and efficient!

A first visit tonight, but also a last... The staff was unfriendly, the fries were way overcooked (the chain's policy must be "when it's black, it's cooked"). The American-style bun was shapeless, impossible to keep upright, impossible to fit a single fry on, and I'm still looking for the sauce! And then the Savoyard steak with cooked ham—I've never seen anything like it! Drive a few extra kilometers instead of going to a place near you!! I'm giving it one star because I can't give it less.

If I gave 3 stars it is only due to the wait because the quality of the fries and also the choice of bread or faluche.

No complaints. Excellent. I recommend it.
