Domino's Pizza Lambersart

We ordered 3 pizzas, two arrived burnt and one had the wrong ingredients.

I ordered a bulgogi pizza. The website says €13.99 for a large, but in the store they charged me €17.49. I pointed this out, and the cashier told me, "Order online and I'll refund you for the first one." He called his manager, and in the end, I got a credit note. So, no refund... By the time I'd sorted all that out, he'd called again, etc., I finally got a credit note and a cold pizza. I'll use my credit note and never set foot in Domino's again. I absolutely do not recommend them, and I'm not the only one, judging by the reviews!

Consider sending your delivery drivers to GPS training before sending them out to work. I spent an hour and a half waiting outside because every time I called him, he said "I'm coming." The guy still managed to get the address wrong three times, even with the exact address. Then the store called to say he told them I wasn't answering my calls, even though I'd spoken to him six times beforehand. As a result, I ended up eating a cold pizza, and he almost forgot to give me my can of soda! 😕 Just walk there; it'll be faster than getting delivery.

We ordered two pizzas and waited a little while for our order, but in the end, to apologize for the wait, they gave us a free mini pizza. A big thank you, and very good!

I tried to place an online order around 7 pm. Unlike usual, I didn't receive a confirmation email, and I wondered if there had been a glitch. I called the restaurant to confirm my order had gone through. The person who answered said they saw my order for 7:30 pm. Perfect. I waited until 8 pm, called again, and the new person who answered didn't see my order. So, an hour wasted. I finally received my order at 8:40 pm. On my second attempt, I was also able to order a snack from the website that was no longer available. In exchange, we received another snack and a free Coke (one Coke for two people, and for wasting over an hour—great!).

After a one-hour wait, the pizza arrived cold. After being told they'd give me a credit note, they ripped me off. My order was upgraded from a large pizza to a medium with the same toppings, and it was still cold. If you go to Domino's Lambersart, avoid this one and go to a different Domino's. It's a shame they don't have a rating system so I could give zero stars.

They treat their customers like idiots. They say they'll make the same pizza for €24.30, except instead of a large, it was a medium. So, in a manner of speaking, I got ripped off by three or four euros, and the pizza was cold again. And they refuse to admit their mistake. Well, that's it, Domino's Lambersart is finished for me.
