The bakery was really dirty. Hygiene was lacking. The floor wasn't clean, the tables were filthy, and the toilets weren't clean either. Hygiene was lacking.

A wonderful experience at this bakery. Two young people who welcomed us with smiles and kindness. The pineapple tarts were delicious. A big thank you to Sana who served us.

Hello On April 20th, I bought four chocolate hazelnut filled croissants. Three out of the four croissants were only filled in name. My children were disappointed. Only one croissant was actually filled; is this normal? However, the four raspberry-filled croissants were properly filled. I sent an email but have received no reply.

It all depends on which cashier you get. The last one was friendly (though he forgot the milk in the coffee). The time before that, they treated me like I was an idiot. Apart from that, it's pleasant to have breakfast there, especially with a baguette. The bread and pastries are good. Some of the changes made to the sandwiches aren't always well-considered.

March 5, 2026. I came to this bakery and witnessed a scene that deeply disturbed me. Two saleswomen were very reluctant to make a pizza fresh for a couple who wanted one. They insisted on giving them a pre-made pizza. The couple simply refused and preferred to wait for one made to order. Yet there was hardly anyone in the bakery, barely two customers. Despite this, the saleswomen made them wait a very long time. Honestly, I felt like they deliberately made them wait, and I even left with the feeling that the pizza had been made carelessly. I was sitting right next to them and I heard them talking. The woman was explaining to her partner that she simply wanted to eat a fresh Margherita pizza, made right in front of her, because she has cancer and a very sensitive stomach. So no, it clearly wasn't just a whim on her part. Her partner was holding her back to speak, and despite everything, she showed incredible patience. She even went outside for a walk, pacing back and forth to maintain her composure, and her calm and dignity deeply impressed me. But I also have to mention something that struck me: when I come with my colleagues, we're in our work clothes, and the reception is very different; we've never seen this lack of respect. Today, the couple was in sportswear and hats, and the respect was clearly not the same. It's truly unfortunate and deeply disturbing to see this kind of behavior. I felt compelled to write this review because I can't stop thinking about it, and I blame myself for not speaking up at the time when I saw this injustice. To you, the saleswomen: try to show the same respect, the same professionalism, the same courtesy, the same tone of voice, and the same professional demeanor to all customers, not just regulars. Regardless of appearance or origin, customers should be treated with the same respect. And to the customer who ordered the Margherita pizza: I commend you for your composure and dignity. If you happen to be passing by and read this review, I hope you'll leave your own as well. Respect for customers should be a priority. Until that's the case, I and those around me (family, neighbors, colleagues, etc.) will prefer to support other businesses.

A regular customer for several months now, it's always a pleasure to visit. The staff are fantastic, with a special mention for Angeline for her consistently warm welcome, friendliness, and professionalism. Looking forward to returning.
