Ca devient grossier ce genre de réponse impersonnelle, réponse type du genre : aucune considération pour les commentaires. Rien à péter de vos tronches les clients. Do you find it normal to only fill half a jar of tiramisu? I've been buying it from you for a year now, and it's always been filled to the top. To my great surprise, when I opened the package, I found the jar only half full. I find this very petty and stingy in terms of quantity. Marie Blachère isn't what it used to be. From now on, I'll be going to your competitors, who are much better quality and more generous than you. It's absurd and unbelievable to pay almost €10 for this! It's truly unacceptable. I think that in the kitchens, they must be serving themselves properly. They know the technique: use less product so you can save some at home. But this is to the great dismay of your customer.

Totalement désagréable. La vendeuse m’a donné une baguette noirci sur le dessus j’ai donc demandé une autre, elle a soufflé et m’a montré son mécontentement. Donc même choisir sa baguette dans une boulangerie c’est trop demandé et en plus on gêne ? J’en suis ressortie énervée. Ce n’est pas évidement pas ce que j’attend en achetant une simple baguette. L’accueil fait absolument TOUT mademoiselle.

The saleswoman made inappropriate remarks. I can understand everyone's frustrations, but if you don't like your job, you should take responsibility and change jobs rather than making the customers pay for it. In any case, this is the last time I buy anything from this establishment.

We went in because the door was wide open and a customer was already ordering. However, we weren't greeted with a "hello," but with a curt "Uh, actually, we're closed" from the cashier (a blonde woman with glasses) while we were already waiting. Her colleague at the back added insult to injury by shouting that it was closed and insisting that the door was too... even though we had just walked through it. Between the rudeness and the bad faith, the experience was very disappointing. I won't be setting foot in that bakery again, and I will certainly share my opinion. What a shame.

A chicken mayo sandwich for €3.50… a real disappointment. Very little filling, hardly any chicken, and a salad that was clearly not fresh. In the end, you're mostly eating bread. Frankly, for that price, you expect a minimum level of quality. They seriously need to improve.

The person was friendly, but I was extremely disappointed. I ordered four tarts: two raspberry, one strawberry, and one chocolate. The raspberry tarts had just a brushful of whipped cream and the raspberries were frozen. The strawberry tart had the same whipped cream and no whole strawberries, just sliced ​​ones. For 3 euros, that's ridiculous. The chocolate tart was good. The price of a whole-grain loaf was also high, and unfortunately, it was already stale when I got it the night before. Really disappointed.

I shop here regularly, and the service is quick and friendly 🤗 Excellent pastries, I highly recommend the pavlova, it's delicious!
