The restaurant offered drinks while we waited, but it's not a Lou restaurant; it's called Dolce Sogno, and the menu online doesn't match... The wait was very long (45 minutes) for two pizzas and a carafe of water (people who arrived after us were served before us... especially since the restaurant wasn't very busy). There were no vegan options and only one vegetarian option. The staff was very friendly, but the pizzas weren't anything special (they were greasy), and the restaurant didn't look very well-maintained/downmarket. It was still a good deal on TheFork at 50% off, but I won't be going back.

We were truly blown away by the food, but especially by Nihel's kindness, service, and warm welcome. She was attentive and simply wonderful! I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone, not only for the food but also for Nihel's exceptional service. Thank you again!

Whatever you do, don't order from them!!! They called me to cancel the order, but I was still charged. They advertise services they can't provide, and I lost a lot of money.

As huge pizza fans, we discovered this pizzeria by chance thanks to Deliveroo... We've ordered several times and the pizzas have always been excellent, made with fresh, high-quality ingredients and perfectly cooked dough. We finally decided to go there for a family birthday celebration, and everyone loved their pizza! The dining area isn't very large and it can get a bit warm, but there's the option to eat outside. The service is impeccable, with incredibly patient and attentive staff who are always smiling. The value for money is fantastic. Plus, it's just steps from Lille's main square... What more could you ask for?! We'll definitely recommend it and will be back. You can go without hesitation!
