Focaccia NOVETTINO - Lille

My first experience was good and trouble-free, but now there have been three problems. Regular oversights with takeaway orders (drinks and desserts), and one Uber Eats order was a complete disaster with dry focaccia. It's disappointing, and I've switched to a more professional competitor nearby. You should implement protocols and verification processes for your orders.

Honestly, no complaints, it adapts to your needs (being vegan). I highly recommend it, plus it's around €13-14 per person.

I'm quite disappointed. I ordered the fig sandwich to go, and the portions are really small compared to the Oro Bianco I had two weeks ago. If this is the case, I'm not sure I'll come back next time.

Reliable and delicious sandwich shop. Pretty consistent food for a chain and gets the job done if you're in the mood for a focaccia sandwich. Prices are reasonable and quick service. The staff were friendly and they have kiosks to order from if you don't speak French.

The entrance hall is too small at lunchtime, but otherwise the decor is nice and the back room offers a bit more space. The focaccias are good and not too big, perfect for lunch!

There are places where we simply stop for a quick bite, and others where we know we'll have not only a great meal but also a wonderful time. NOVETTINO Lille clearly belongs to the latter category. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by a team who took the time to chat, present their products, and explain what makes them so special. In the kitchen, their enthusiasm for sharing extends to letting us taste things, simply because they wanted to share them – and to our great delight. This kind of attention is becoming rare enough to deserve special mention. The focaccias are excellent: high-quality ingredients, balanced flavors, and carefully selected components. The result is simple, generous, and perfectly executed. So, we didn't just come for a delicious focaccia; we enjoyed a warm and friendly experience that naturally makes us want to return. A big thank you to the entire team.
