Hello, I ordered a basket from Hoop Hoop Food today at 6:15 PM as advertised on the app. The staff were laughing throughout the restaurant while I waited patiently at the door. One of the managers, supposedly, told me he was going to block me from the app. I told them that they had all been watching me politely through the door and that none of the staff came to ask me to wait or give me a valid reason for my delay. I'm quite disappointed with this restaurant, but oh well, Italian mentality, I understand better now! It's not a big deal, I'll go elsewhere. There are plenty of restaurants in Lille, and this isn't the first time I've had a problem with this app. It's the second time I've had a problem with you, as they say, never 203. Anyway, I'll explain myself to customer service. He who laughs last laughs best, which is fine by me, I'm very competitive! A word to the wise: don't order any more hop hop food baskets from them!

It was great, you just have to follow the Italian concept to be satisfied. Starter, first course, second course and dessert for those with a sweet tooth.
