A must-try!!! Everything was perfect, starting with the service. The waiter was very friendly and attentive. As for the pizza, it was excellent, worthy of the best pizza chefs! I highly recommend it.

The food is very tasty, the osso bucco is especially recommended. Very friendly service. All in all, a good place.

A superb restaurant with very kind, welcoming, and attentive staff. It was my Italian best friend's birthday. I had the ossobuco as my main course, and my friend had the beef fillet, but it was absolutely delicious. The owner even offered us a tiramisu for the occasion, a very kind gesture. My friend felt right at home in Italy. I highly recommend this restaurant; it was my first time, but it certainly won't be my last.

I used to come to Au Palazzo, but this will be the last time. The food has changed. The quality of the ingredients isn't the same anymore; it's gone downhill. It's a shame, the price is no longer justified.

The staff are absolutely lovely! We were in town for a gymnastics competition, and the children needed a quick bite, so we had to get takeout. They were incredibly attentive 🤗👍☺️✌️

Experience on Saturday evening, April 25, 2026: The service was disorganized; two people were taking the same order. There were hardly any dishes left on the menu. The food served was good, although some dishes (meats) were undercooked.

A wonderful experience at Palazzo restaurant in Lille! Excellent value for money, delicious and beautifully presented dishes, and friendly service. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and you really feel at home. I highly recommend it!
