Poppie's Pizza Lille

As a regular customer of this establishment, I can confirm that the pizzas are excellent. There's a wide selection available, along with plenty of other sides like paninis, Tex-Mex, and salads. I highly recommend it.

Ah! Thank you so much! Your opening hours have saved our meals more than once when we're feeling lazy or when friends and family drop by at the last minute. Great variety of pizzas and other items. Orders are always on time and the staff is always welcoming! Thank you also for the waiting area when we're not eating in! 😌✨️🍕

As a regular customer of this pizzeria, I was very disappointed by the service we received this time. We arrived at 10:49 PM. We were told the restaurant was closed, even though it wasn't yet 11:00 PM. So we asked if we could get takeout, which was confirmed. As usual, we ordered half-and-half pizzas, a service that's precisely what this pizzeria is known for and that we really appreciate. The waiter replied in an unpleasant tone that he couldn't do it because "it takes too long." I completely understand that the end of service can be tiring, and I can understand that there are constraints. However, nothing justifies speaking to customers in that way. We tried to remain polite and understanding, but his attitude remained cold. In the end, we decided to leave without ordering. It's a real shame, because we were loyal customers. A little more respect and courtesy towards customers would have made all the difference.

We came to eat in, 2 pizzas, there were 5 of us, the restaurant was empty, we got them after 40 minutes, imagine if the restaurant was full?

First time trying Poppie's pizzas and frankly I'm very satisfied. Fresh dough and quality ingredients, I highly recommend it.
