Absolutely terrible, avoid at all costs. No professionals whatsoever; they couldn't even cook three pizzas without making a mistake. Hygiene is appalling.

Hello everyone, I bought two Savoyard pizzas that were extremely dry with very little topping and were bland. I thought I was getting good pizzas and I'm very disappointed. I won't be back...

I've always been a loyal customer, but lately I've had some delivery problems. Three times, the driver went to the wrong address. I live on a regular street, in a house, so there's no building to look for. There have also been times when the driver didn't show up, forcing us to reschedule the delivery and wait two hours. My children were eagerly awaiting their pizzas. Perhaps it would be wise to improve the GPS system to avoid these problems.

If you want to order a pizza for the next day, go for it!!! But if you want to eat it right away, go to a competitor (there's a good one in Haubourdin, al ritrovo)!! Here they're incapable of delivering within the given timeframe (1 hour 30 minutes wait instead of the promised 20 minutes). The review of the pizza will have to wait... if it ever arrives 🙄!! The pizzas arrived 🥳🥳 after 2 hours 😬!! And of course, they were cold and basic. In short, we tried it, we won't be back, and one last piece of advice: avoid this place and go to a real pizzeria instead.

I placed my order at 9:00 PM and it still hadn't been delivered by 9:59 PM, even though closing time is 10:45 PM. I made three calls, each time I was on hold for at least six minutes, and each time I was told to wait. Twelve minutes on hold is a first for me with you. Order delivered at 10:21 PM. We just want to eat after a hard day at work. I understand you're busy, but it's insane to put people on hold and especially not keep them properly informed. It used to be better. I don't know what changed, but it's catastrophic. I had some difficult patients after that. I just wanted to enjoy my pizza in peace, but I ended up harassing you, just like my patients harass me. Luckily, I remained very polite despite my anger.

We always order through the app and we've never had a problem! The pizzas are always piping hot, the quality is excellent, and the staff are really friendly. Honestly, nothing to complain about, 10/10 👌

The person checking orders is incredibly unpleasant to his staff. Honestly, I found it disgusting. He speaks to his employees like they're nothing. I do not recommend it.
