The wait is incredibly long; they treat trainees like dogs. You order in the kiosk that says "takeaway," and after an hour of waiting, they give you an order without a tray and it's cold. Never go back; Quick is much better.

This establishment is truly filthy. It wasn't even 11:30 AM, the floor was already soiled, and the toilets were in a deplorable state: vomit, excrement, and more. It's really unacceptable, especially considering the numerous comments about hygiene. Something should be done. I strongly advise against going there. There are other fast-food restaurants just a few hundred meters away.

Unfortunately, I saw the months-old filth in the toilets after ordering, and to make matters worse, the tables were disgusting 🤮. The fries were half the expected portion, but a very nice waiter confirmed and went to get more. My double McBacon became a cheeseburger with a steak, but I didn't have the energy to complain to no one... I understand better now why there were so few customers despite it being a Saturday night... Probably a manager who prefers to wait for bankruptcy in the filth.

One thing to do is read the orders carefully, but apparently it's complicated; whenever I order from there, something is always missing even though I've paid, and the orders are always cold.

I'm changing my review. For several months now, they've been forgetting products, and I have to go back every time to ask for the missing item. Even today, despite not being busy, they still managed to forget my son's children's meal. I went back to get it, not even an apology, and they just gave me the meal that was sitting cold on the side. I'll go elsewhere from now on.

The employee was very nice, however, the €4.60 ice cream had almost nothing in it: no caramel, and the ice cream itself was as small as a mini sundae (I ordered a McFlurry). The employees, who couldn't do anything about it and were following the rules, told me that the ice cream should be 150g, no more. For almost €5, I find that outrageous. And I'm not even going to mention the state of the women's restroom. It's a shame I can't add a photo.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to... even though some of my friends work at the one in Wattrelos and I rarely have any problems there... Being a big McDonald's customer, I went to the one in Leers last weekend and my order arrived 40 minutes later... (we spent ages looking for a seat because all the tables inside, including on the patio, were dirty, sticky, and hadn't been cleaned). The tray my order was on was disgusting, completely sticky 🤮 (I obviously asked for it to be replaced). The nuggets were cold and hard. My CBO was inedible; I asked for it without bacon, and it was still there... and the bun was like a brick, impossible to bite into 😬. That'll teach me to go somewhere else...

Delphine and Lucas gave us a fantastic welcome. The spaces were lovely and the service was excellent! I'll definitely be back!

Hello McDonald's, great dining area, cold food, and not very friendly staff. However, the manager is very friendly and does her best with the staff she has. This message is for the manager of this McDonald's.
