Excellent service again, very hot and generous portions. Estere was very pleasant and always smiling. I highly recommend it.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! NO CONSIDERATION FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS, AND EXTREMELY UNPLEASANT!!!! I placed an order for delivery and was told the delivery time had passed. 15 minutes after the estimated delivery time, I called to check on the status of my delivery. The person who answered asked me to wait a moment. As a result, I waited 10 minutes, listening to the staff talking amongst themselves. I finally hung up and called back. I first spoke to someone, explained the problem, then there was silence, and then another person took the phone. I was therefore forced to repeat the problem and my contact information yet again... In the end, I received my delivery almost two hours after placing the order!!!

Our order was over an hour late because apparently they were very busy, and to make matters worse, when we received it, the items weren't right and the pizza was practically empty… This isn't the first time this has happened! And to top it all off, the delivery tracking didn't reflect reality; I had to call the restaurant twice to find out what was happening with the order…

We ordered at 1:30 PM and sat down to eat. One of the seats was damaged, and as he sat down, my son-in-law impaled himself on it. I told the employee, and he took the seat and placed it about 10 centimeters away. No apology, no question about how he was! The pizzas arrived, but no napkins. We only got paper towels after asking! At 2:00 PM, while we were eating and about ten other people were waiting for their pizzas, we were told we had to leave because he was doing everything alone! No comment!!

Extremely disappointed to have ordered an XL pizza (40cm) and find it much smaller than usual and loose in the box. Considering the price… it's really unacceptable! I hope you will respond to my review.

Sunday evening, March 1st, 2026, I placed an order for three pizzas with the "buy one, get one 50% off" offer, as prominently displayed on the website. Once the order was placed, no discount was applied. I went to the store that day (March 3rd, 2026, around 6:40 PM) and was greeted by an incredibly arrogant and unpleasant person who rudely told me, "You placed your order online, there's nothing I can do." The result: three measly pizzas delivered cold for €51. Since I can't give negative feedback, I'm giving a big fat zero, and this is a business to avoid.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which was lovely. This was my second visit, and I wasn't disappointed with the pizzas – good value for money!

Tonight, I ordered a pizza online. When I arrived, two people were already ordering, so I waited behind them. Then, three groups of people arrived after me and were served before me without any consideration. The cashier didn't seem to see any problem with this. When I explained that I had already placed an online order, no one responded or acknowledged my request. Very poor organization and a complete lack of respect for customers. I won't be back.

Well, the pizzas arrived after a 2-hour wait. The delivery driver told me it was complicated tonight, which I can understand. It's just a shame they didn't answer the phone (after 5 calls); we would have known. So the delivery driver came for nothing, and we refused the pizzas.
