Ordered two ice creams at the drive-thru, waited 25 minutes, and in the end there was hardly any topping. Avoid this McDonald's!

One mistake can happen, but a mistake affecting the entire order is problematic. We placed our order at the drive-thru and initially received the wrong order. Then, upon receiving our order, we had two drinks instead of three, even though they weren't the drinks we had chosen. We went back to see them, and everything was corrected. We had some unpleasant surprises when we got home: the McChicken wasn't served without salad as requested, and the large fries were served as small ones. To top it all off, not all the sauces (6 in total) were included. That's a lot to take in for one order…

I went by this evening at 7 pm to buy a Happy Meal for my grandson, and the gift was missing. How can you explain such an oversight? This was the first and last time I order from you.

Arrived on July 14, 2026 at 3:10 PM. We ordered two ice creams and two iced coffees (or lukewarm, apparently...). They weren't the same size, even though both were the same size. To make matters worse, the waitress prepared the ice creams first and took five minutes to make the coffees... resulting in melted ice cream. I asked for a little more caramel because there really wasn't much, and I received a disdainful look. The waitress was very unpleasant.

Horrible staff, no service whatsoever. They shout your order number only to leave you waiting with your tray getting cold on the side, and they don't even offer sauce with the set menus. The ice creams on the set menu require you to pick them up later. When you ask for them, they ignore you. You call someone to take your payment, and they give you a lecture because you hand over the receipt with the "pick up later" note. Then they ignore you again and make you wait several minutes. (There was no rush.) And let's not even talk about the state of the dining room, which is truly disgusting. If I have one piece of advice, it's to avoid this restaurant at all costs.

I don't know who did such a terrible job as the person who made the ice cream, but we have to keep going, I'll be back tomorrow.

A disappointing experience... I primarily use the drive-thru service. The customer service is far from perfect. Even with a simple order, it's rare to find one without errors... Not up to the standard this franchise normally offers!

Another disastrous experience at this McDonald's. Another order with missing items. Most of the time, the place is filthy. Honestly, it's a good thing it's a big chain because otherwise we'd never go back.

After several visits to this McDonald's and Uber Eats orders, I've never seen a McDonald's or any fast food restaurant so slow. It takes 20 minutes to order in-store when the restaurant is almost empty, and 40 minutes when it's busy. With Uber Eats, it's at least 30 minutes longer than the initial delivery time because the order still isn't ready. I'm currently waiting for an order, and the driver has abandoned it because after 35 minutes it's still not ready. I strongly advise against going there; never go here.

There are only 4 people working on Fridays at 7 pm during the rush hour, no wonder they can't keep up... An hour's wait for a McFlurry and a Coke 😏 Everyone's waiting, total chaos...

Several cases of indigestion have occurred at this McDonald's, a real quality control problem. I think the cold chain wasn't maintained in this heat. I only ate fries and a small wrap, and I ended up vomiting all day. Avoid this McDonald's!

Avoid this place at all costs! The Burger King next door is far better and more organized. The staff is terrible, orders arrive cold, and they forget things. Hygiene is no better either. Avoid at all costs!!!! And judging by the other reviews, I don't think the problem is with us. I will never go back.

The employees talk loudly about their lives, almost jokingly insulting each other in front of the customers. They prioritize orders for employees who want to eat, resulting in a 30-minute wait to be served. They talk and laugh but don't actually prepare the orders. My ice cream had melted, so they refused to replace it! As of today, June 29, 2026, there was no one in their McDonald's when I arrived at 2 PM.
