Delizia Pizz'

As a long-time customer, I am extremely disappointed by my latest experience. I ordered pasta with cheese and received plain pasta without any topping or cheese. When I called to report the problem, the person on the phone immediately claimed that the order had been fulfilled, without even trying to understand the situation or considering that a mistake might have been made. Of course, it's my word against theirs, but what disappoints me most is the complete lack of consideration for a loyal customer. Instead of listening and trying to find a solution, I was met with a haughty and closed-minded attitude. Mistakes happen in all businesses, but how they are handled makes all the difference. After this experience and this lack of respect for customers, I will not be returning. Very disappointing.

I've been a customer for two years; it used to be very good, I even made the trip from Fives to Mons just to get it. But lately, it's gotten worse every day. For example, today's order had dough that was too thick, undercooked, and hadn't risen properly, and the mushroom tart was too salty. I think this will be my last visit, which is a shame.

I rarely review a meal or an order, but I can't resist this time. Honestly, they make great pizzas, I highly recommend them 👌

I ordered two pizzas today: one Delizia (I specified no peppers or black olives) and one Cannibale. I received a Delizia with peppers (I'm allergic), so I couldn't eat it. My partner was very disappointed. I forgot to take pictures. But today's order was disappointing.

I bought two pizzas today, and what can I say about the toppings? Shameful, there's no other word for it. Three pieces of meat here and there! The dough was the same. Avoid at all costs.

I had two pizzas today, Bolognese and chicken, both were awful, really not good and very poorly topped. It was a world of difference, because the first time it was good. What a shame, I thought I'd found a good pizzeria! 🍕
