If I could give zero stars, I would. The service was absolutely terrible, beyond belief. I placed my order, and it said to pick it up in 30 minutes. I arrived, and no one was there. No one answered my calls or messages. So I paid for a pizza and got nothing. Scammers or something. But one thing is for sure: never again. Avoid at all costs. I don't know when or how I'll get my order, but one thing is for sure: never again.

A clean, spotless pizzeria with healthy food, very welcoming and pleasant. I recommend it to everyone.

We're from Boulogne-sur-Mer and we came to Roubaix to attend a concert at the Colosseum at the end of May. We stumbled upon Bella Pizza Burger while passing through town. We ordered two pizzas and really enjoyed them; they were delicious, and the staff were very friendly. We'll definitely go back to Roubaix next time! 👍🏻

We ordered several times, and each time it got worse. We tried again tonight, and it was a complete disaster. The meat in the smashes was tasteless and had no salt. The fish wrap was inedible, just empty of sauce and a burnt piece of fish. The mozzarella sticks were also burnt; there was no cheese left inside. Honestly, I don't recommend it; we're done with them!

I ate there for the first time two days ago. The young man with blue eyes, as mentioned in another review, was very kind and pleasant. He prepared two very good quality Smash meals for me. Thank you to him. Tonight I ordered an egg burger meal. The meat wasn't cooked and had an aftertaste. A mix of raw vegetables, salad, and onion to mask it, perhaps… It wasn't prepared by the young man but by a shorter, older man. I didn't eat the burger. One bite was enough… the meat was bloody, almost frozen, a tough, thick steak. So, 9.90 for fries and a can of soda. Sorry, but this situation left me feeling bad… I won't be back. Best regards.

I called and ordered two pizzas, thinking they'd be ready in 10 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes later, including the drive, and they barely started my order before telling me there were a lot of false starts, so it wasn't ready. Then they told me to wait 3 to 5 minutes while they made them. After more than 30 minutes of waiting and driving back, they arrived completely cold. A huge disappointment for my first time.

I really enjoyed this place. The pizzas are delicious. The atmosphere is pleasant and the service is professional. A bonus for the speed and the value for money. I highly recommend it!

Great! The pizzas are delicious, generously topped, and the crust is perfect. The burgers are also very good, made with quality ingredients. Fast service and friendly staff.
