Don Pizza

Disappointing experience. Unpleasant welcome, and there was a lack of cutlery and paper towels, which demonstrates a lack of organization. I ordered a pizza with a crème fraîche base, but I was mistakenly served a tomato base. The pizzas were okay, but nothing special. The service needs improvement.

Wow, the service at this pizzeria is disastrous and needs a complete overhaul! I ordered two pizzas directly at the register, with extra toppings on both. The cashier took my money for the extras, no problem for me. I waited about twenty minutes and still no pizzas, even though I hadn't seen anyone else buy or pick up an order. After a while, I saw the employee cut two pizzas and put them away. I figured they weren't mine and kept waiting. After ten minutes, still no one had ordered and no one had come in, so they must have been mine. I asked the employee, who very coldly told me, "They're not yours, you didn't get a text message." Well, if they didn't ask for my phone number when I ordered, it makes sense that I didn't get a text! It was indeed mine, and the employee lied to me, saying they had just come out of the oven, even though I saw him take them out 10 minutes earlier. I opened the boxes to check, and as I suspected, there was a missing topping in both pizzas (no, sorry, one of them had a VERY small amount). I came back, the employee looked at his colleagues and said, "Here it is again," in Arabic, as if I hadn't understood 🤦. I pointed this out, and the guy started yelling at the person who took my order. I told him, "No problem, offer a little something as compensation for the wait and the mistake," and he said, "No, we don't do that here!" He went through his entire till to find my order and finally gave me 50 cents in change 😱 after 5 minutes of searching with his colleague!! So, the pizzas were ready, but they made it a real hassle to pick them up. They charged me extra, but the charge wasn't applied to the pizza itself. The whole experience was cold and unfriendly, with no apology (they practically blamed me), and no gesture of goodwill. And the pizzas definitely weren't topped with Boursin cheese because they didn't taste like it (I'd say it was just crème fraîche), and there was way too much BBQ sauce on the Cannibale. In short, a disaster from start to finish! The perfect guide for losing customers unnecessarily.

They're taking people for fools by charging them and then blocking customers, making them believe it's a 15-minute wait, but I had to wait 45 minutes, and it's not the first time.

Disappointing, very little topping, mediocre crust. Anyway, it was my first and last time. I recommend Fast Pizza in Lille; it's nothing like this place.

Very disappointed with the service; the staff were bitter and never smiled. The pizza quality has really gone downhill.

Exceptional welcome, service takes a maximum of 15 minutes despite the crowds, I've been going there for almost two years now and I've never been disappointed, I highly recommend it.

The best pizzas in Roubaix, seriously! The pizza dough is so good, even the next day! They're very generously topped with quality ingredients. Always satisfied! Keep up the good work! 👍
