Poulet Royal is a gem! The roast chickens are delicious, perfectly seasoned, and always cooked to perfection. The sandwiches are also amazing—absolutely incredible, generously filled, and bursting with flavor. Plus, the staff is truly lovely, always welcoming and smiling. At Poulet Royal, local products are cooked with love to the delight of their customers. Incredible sandwiches, very good roast chicken... The owner is friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. Spotless! In short, quality service that I highly recommend and will return to without hesitation, even though it's a long drive (I come from Brussels). Next time I'm in Roubaix, I know where to eat.
