Marie Blachère SECLIN 2

I am very disappointed with my experience at this Marie Blachère bakery in Seclin. I arrived at 7:15 pm to buy pastries. An employee (wearing a cap) told me I had to wait until 7:30 pm to benefit from the 50% discount. So I waited there for 15 minutes. At 7:30 pm, another employee (who introduced himself as the manager) refused to apply the discount to two flans and one Tropézienne tart, saying that these products weren't eligible because they had been kept for 48 hours. I explained to him that his colleague had told me the opposite and that I had been waiting for fifteen minutes, but he simply replied that it was a mistake, without offering any solution. As the manager, he should take responsibility for the information given by his team. Especially since four or five days earlier, I had bought the exact same products with the discount without any problem. I felt there was a lack of professionalism, poor communication between employees, and even a deliberate refusal to honor the promotion. The result: wasted time and a very poor customer experience. It's a shame, because I used to be a regular customer.

They announced they'd be open on May 1st, but when I got there, it was closed... The phone was ringing inside... Great, I'm not the only one! And there's nothing written on the door

It's always a pleasure to get my bread, pastries, pizzas, or anything else from this place! I'm always warmly welcomed with a smile and given helpful advice! It's so nice! Even when there's a queue outside! Thank you! :)

Living nearby, we come here all the time... but today was surreal. The saleswoman clearly didn't understand her job description; her smile and everything else must have been left at the door. (I was there at 3 pm). She should be working in production, not dealing with customers; it makes you want to turn right around and leave.

It's a shame you no longer offer the 50% discount after 7:30 pm. Also, watch out for the flies. Use some fans!

Disappointed... Not only is this the second time my order has been wrong (apple fritters instead of chocolate hazelnut ones), but green flies were flying and landing on the pastries and tarts! It's shockingly unhygienic. I'm really disappointed and definitely won't be coming back. I'm updating my review because, on top of everything else, a croissant is missing from my order this morning. I should have checked...

I'm absolutely delighted with this bakery; the products are excellent and reasonably priced considering the quality. A special mention goes to our regular sales assistant, Laetitia, who brightens our day with her smile and who, for the occasion, let us take advantage of the raspberry tart offer this past Saturday. Thank you for everything, and see you very soon; I'll gladly be back.

I'm delighted with this bakery. A warm welcome from the smiling saleswomen who offer new products. The tastings are excellent. The prices are more than reasonable. Delicious products. Thank you, I highly recommend it.

The bread is excellent and fresh, the Marie Blachère baguette is always warm. I'm a regular now. I recommend this Marie Blachère.
