I'm very disappointed with my visit. Forgetting the cookie forced me to return to the restaurant. Upon my return, instead of apologizing for the mistake, the staff condescendingly told me I shouldn't "demand" compensation, before granting it to me as if it were a favor. To make matters worse, there was an error in my order, as the sauce on my sandwich was the wrong one. Between the lack of apology, the staff's attitude, and the order errors, this experience has convinced me not to return to your Subway restaurant. P.S.: This is also the second time in two years that they've forgotten part of my order.

Always great service at this Subway, which is, in my opinion, the cleanest in the area (honestly, a special mention for cleanliness; the other Subways in the city are like Baghdad in comparison). The staff, mostly young, are friendly. Even the older gentleman, who seems to be the owner, easily recognizes regular customers ;)

Served by an elderly, white-haired man who was very unfriendly. When I asked to add a few ingredients, he told me to calm down, claiming the sandwich wouldn't be able to close. I don't see how that was any of his business. In addition to the unpleasant service, the portion sizes were extremely small. I do not recommend this establishment.

The customer service was appalling when I complained for the second time about something missing from a children's meal! And they told me it was just applesauce... yes, it's just applesauce, but when I paid for it, the least they could do was satisfy the customer and refrain from making that kind of remark!

We went there Saturday evening, the staff were extremely kind, we thank them for that. We appreciate their friendliness and politeness. The restaurant was clean, and the food was good.

I bought my order to go, but upon returning home, I had a doubt: the 100 grams of waffle fries had been reduced to 66 grams. You might say, "It's only a few grams," but it's a rip-off, a complete rip-off. I paid for 100 grams, not 66 grams. After sending two unanswered emails through the Subway app, I contacted the manager directly. He remained completely indifferent to my complaint. What a lack of professionalism!

If the review were based solely on quality, I would have given it 5 stars because we regularly enjoy our food. However, I share the same opinion as "Line Ade" in July 2025. A pinch of fried onions for €1 is outrageous. The price of a 15cm sandwich is €7.50... And if I've done the math correctly, the value of this added ingredient is... 2 to 3 cents! Furthermore, this extra charge isn't mentioned anywhere... Before posting this review on Google, I sent this comment directly to the store manager. No response... What a shame.
