Domino's Pizza Tourcoing

This pizzeria is awful and unacceptable! It's 2km from my house and they tell me I'm not in their delivery zone. No wonder customers are boycotting you and going to the competition!

Customer service needs improvement. Like, you don't have your glasses on, so you can't see me because I'm African.

Making money is their priority, far more so than customer satisfaction. I won't even mention the undercooked pizza, but more seriously, the delivery driver's behavior—making a racket at the door—is a major issue.

Outrageously expensive!!!! Especially considering the quality and the delivery time, which was supposed to be 30 minutes but turned into an hour. I don't recommend it; for the price, you can get two much better pizzas elsewhere! Avoid it!

Hello, This is my second time here in a short period, and they are completely disorganized—it's a disaster! First time: I placed my order by phone, and they told me the pizzas would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived at the scheduled time and waited 40 minutes, so I was served after an hour, far from the promised 20 minutes. Second time, today: I placed my order directly in the restaurant. They started taking my order at the register, and then they told me to place it at the kiosk! Then I waited 35 minutes for my order! Furthermore, they've set up a work area with stools, and you've barely sat down before the delivery drivers come by, so you're constantly moving to let them pass. There's not enough space. Not to mention that the prices have increased considerably! I wanted to try again, but it's just as much of a disaster.
