As a long-time customer, there was an error with my order today. These things happen, but I called the restaurant, and they asked for proof via photo and text message. I sent it. Apparently, this gentleman wasn't satisfied with the proof and brushed me off, telling me to sort it out with Uber Eats, then literally hung up on me. Talk about rudeness and customer service! You've just lost a customer.

Order placed at 6 PM with delivery scheduled for 7/7:30 PM. It's now 8:43 PM and I haven't received any updates on my order. The company hasn't even bothered to answer my calls. After more than 20 calls and no progress whatsoever, I've decided to cancel. I certainly won't be recommending you to anyone I know.

Almost the only place in Tourcoing open at 11 pm, pleasant, fast, and efficient service. Really good pizzas, impeccable hygiene! Perfect, we'll only come back here!!!
