Domino's Villeneuve-d'Ascq - Jaurès

Hello, I'm generally very satisfied with my orders, but this time I ordered four XL pizzas and was unfortunately very disappointed. The pizzas were very sparsely topped: four cheeses, bland ham, extra cheesy pasta, nothing else. There was no cheese around the edge of the crust, and it was really dry. In short, I'm disappointed and won't be ordering XL pizzas again.

They refused to take my order because they were "closing," even though I ordered before 10:20 PM (I have proof), and on the phone they told me the order was placed at closing time. Frankly, it's deplorable.

We ordered a vegetarian pizza and, to our great surprise, received one with pieces of meat in it. We contacted Domino's, who did offer an exchange, stating that we had to return the old pizza, which we understand, but they offered no compensation whatsoever. Given the price we paid, we would expect better. Unfortunately, this will be our last time.

No hello, no goodbye. The visitor, who seemed to be bothering the waitress, was picking up pizzas at 9 pm on an average Thursday.

Last time we waited an hour even though the restaurant is only 500 meters from our house. Today my boyfriend waited 20 minutes downstairs to pick up the order.

Due to a delivery order error, they asked me to return the delivered pizza so they could send me the correct one. When I asked what they would do with it, the answer was "resell it." I asked for a manager to call me back, but I've heard nothing.

Mostly through click and collect (often right at closing time... we're so confused every time), I've never been disappointed by Domino's and the staff are pretty friendly ✨ And I've never been disappointed by their pepperoni pizzas! The only downside is the app, which could be better, especially the order waiting time and the loyalty program (which sometimes doesn't count my pizzas) - but I need to take the time to contact customer support about that ✊🏼 Keep up the team, and thank you! Our opinions matter.

The pizzas are delicious! But they're expensive :/

Appalling. Order placed at 7:45 PM, delivery requested at 8:30 PM. The order arrived at 8:18 PM and was completely cold (it should have been prepared at 7:45 PM). Thankfully, I was asked to "review and rate" the experience. I did. And the manager responded by calling me a liar and saying he trusted his team. What's the point of asking for our opinion? In short, avoid this store on Rue Jean Jaurès :)

Very good Domino's, rarely disappointed. Fast delivery and super good pizza.
