Very unpleasant staff. No response to my "hello". Staff didn't answer my question about the menus.

I arrived on June 23rd around 1:15 PM. The service was a bit slow as there was only one sales assistant for several customers. When I was leaving the parking lot, I noticed two sales assistants washing a car behind the store. That said, the quality was very good as usual.

I often come to this bakery for my lunch break, and the products are always very good. The service is friendly, and the quality is consistently excellent. However, I've noticed on several occasions that a young woman is often left to manage things alone, both during the lunchtime rush and at other times of the day, even when her colleagues are present. Despite this, she remains efficient and cheerful, even when it's busy. It's a shame she doesn't have more support. Kudos to her; it's thanks to people like her that we want to come back.

Seven months pregnant, I have difficulty moving around, and someone openly cuts in front of me… not a big deal in itself. The person at the counter doesn't say anything either. No croissant, no pain au chocolat, it happens… I choose something else, but I'm served with the courtesy of a prison guard. Everyone has bad days, but still… I repeatedly ask for a small bag, but with the noise from the ovens in the background, it's hard to hear, and finally, they ask me, with irritation, "Do you want a bag or not?" Fantastic customer service, we love it… and to top it all off, they put all my pastries next to the bag, and I have to figure out how to fit my seven items in it myself. No goodbye, no "have a good day" or "see you soon." I do not recommend this bakery; the service is slow and unpleasant.

Great selection. Pizza was delicious! Serves nice espresso too. Service was great and they were patient and friendly despite my poor French. Thank you / Merci !

Very efficient staff.

Very disappointed today! I've been a customer for a long time and we love their Nordic bread. But for a year now, I've been pointing out that some loaves have huge holes, making 5 to 7 slices impossible to eat. The bakers have forgotten how to knead... So I ask them to check every time. Which I did today, and the saleswoman, who's new, assures me it's fine. When I get home, I check and find one of the two loaves has exploded! Again! I have a photo to prove it. The saleswoman treated me like an idiot; it's unacceptable.

I'm very surprised to read the recent reviews, as my experience doesn't reflect the negative impressions at all. I received a very warm welcome and excellent service from a friendly and pleasant saleswoman. The bread and snacks were of good quality.

Hello, I was surprised by the size of the baguettes. 30 cm. A real baguette is 60 cm. The price isn't halved 🙄. Otherwise, change the sign and say "mini baguette"!! Getting worse and worse
