McDonald's

I've ordered several times, both drive-thru and inside, and 50% of the time a burger is missing. I just ordered the McDeal meal which only has one patty, and the staff confirmed that this is standard procedure, even though the app shows two patties, and I've had two patties at other McDonald's before.

Disappointed with this McDonald's in Wasquehal. They prepare the ice cream beforehand and serve the takeaway meals half an hour after you order, with melted ice cream in addition to the cold meals. And yet, it wasn't even busy. That's it for me, lol. Donald's in Wasquehal

One star because I can't give zero… 20-minute wait when the restaurant was empty, order arrived cold with mistakes, ice cream completely melted… and the staff's friendliness was the icing on the cake… avoid at all costs

The wait time is awful; we ordered at 1:30 PM and received our order at 2:20 PM. Plus, the food was cold and inedible.

It's perfect. Very clean.

It wasn't my first time eating at McDonald's, and it all depends on the hamburger you choose, but it's good, especially the Big Mac sauce and the Creamy Deluxe, which is one of my favorites. I also want to point out that this restaurant is very clean; it's rare to find one this clean, and the staff is very kind and friendly.

This team has all the cards in play, but I think some players lack focus, forgetting to enter things into the commands sometimes. But I recommend going ahead and starting in this MDC.

A 20-minute delay between ordering and receiving the takeaway order. The fries were put back in the bag. No apology from the staff, and when I complained, still no apology, just justifications related to high demand and staff lack of training. 20 minutes is the average wait time in a brasserie! The switch to a full kitchen with table service and home delivery has significantly degraded the quality of service that made the brand famous. The customer experience, both for takeaway and dine-in, has never been worse.

Shameful to forget 16 nuggets in the children's menus. Order needs to be checked every time.
