I will never set foot in your establishment again. The staff is ill-mannered and rude to customers, with no smiles or thanks. They're hypocrites; you ask a question and you feel like you're bothering them. They have absolutely no patience. If you don't want to work, stay home! 😡😡🤨🤨 I'll pass at least 10 other bakeries before coming to your place. There's more to Wattrelos than just bakeries. Never again! 😡

The store is well-maintained and always has plenty of stock. While the service isn't always friendly, they are customer-oriented. Prices are reasonable for good quality products.

Hi, yesterday morning I went to buy a tuna sandwich and it was poorly filled: three pieces of tomato, three-quarters of an egg, two lettuce leaves, and a tablespoon of tuna mayonnaise hastily smeared on the thick bread! It felt like I was eating nothing but bread. Another time, I went to buy a ham and Emmental sandwich, and the employee forgot to put the Emmental cheese in it!! And that costs €4.90! Whereas at L'Artisan, the sandwich is very well filled with real pieces of tuna and costs €4. I took photos of both sandwiches for comparison and I'm going to send them to Marie Blachère's head office in Chateaurenard, asking them if they're taking us for a ride! I used to buy some pastries at the same time, but now I'm not buying anything else.

The service was absolutely terrible, the manager is the worst! As a former regular customer, I will never go to this bakery again.

It's a disgrace! In this store, the queue stretches all the way outside, and there's only one sales assistant. I left without buying anything.

The products are always good, and the salesperson is very kind and friendly. Upselling isn't pushy or intrusive; you don't feel pressured by questions.

I regularly shop at Marie Blachère. The employees at the Wattrelos branch are incredibly unpleasant. I find this very damaging to the brand. It's a shame because the bread and baguettes are very good.

The recipes may be good, but the same cannot be said for the service.

Whether I order tea or hot chocolate, the glass is ALWAYS half full. SHAMEFUL! Thank you to the manager for taking the necessary steps! I come here often, it's a shame. On the plus side, the staff are super welcoming and efficient!

I've often bought my bread and pastries here, and I've never been disappointed by the products (the cookies are delicious) or the staff. Top-notch!
